About Me

Hi, I’m Thomas Richardson.

For 20 years I’ve held various roles in the corporate space. I’m grateful for the amazing brands and teams I’ve had a chance to work with.

I bring a relaxed, focused, and fun attitude to the workplace. I’m passionate about creative hobbies outside of software and I love outdoor travel.

I offer business strategy and technical software consulting. I promote collaborative communication and cloud software automation to improve operations, expand marketing impact, and increase sales to drive growth.

 My Process

Growing takes patience. Software takes patience.

  • Setting up a CRM system, for instance, is the process of understanding of existing software programs being used, which should be removed or kept, and how to sync their data into the system seamlessly.

  • Then, how will each department use the CRM and what are the specific tasks and workflows they hope to make easier. Integrations that help productivity and time management may need documented training procedures.

  • Finally, what will the client or customer experience be when they engage with content sent from CRM email automations, scheduled digital content posts, sales quotes for e-signature and payment, or if they need to create a customer support ticket.

Digital infrastructure and cloud services are a modern necessity

Therefore, our ability to stay calm and focused in the chaotic pressure is a requirement.

I've spent 10,000+ hours on my computer and have learned it's like building a house (for data to live in :-).

  • Every detail counts before you open the doors to your people.
  • Taking it one step at a time and simply enjoying the discovery process of building something always leads to a strong foundation. Too much pressure on the final product leads to haste and oversight, resulting in future problems to fix.
  • When the building is finally complete, you have a structure to store and utilize data for years to come, future proofed from the time spent learning, risk analysis and testing.

Are you up for the challenge?
